ISO 9001 Quality Assurance & Precision Inspection
Every part is inspected, documented, and approved before it leaves our facility. No exceptions.
Six-step quality assurance
A structured, documented QC process applied consistently to every order - prototype or production run. For details on our equipment, see our inspection capabilities.

01
Material certification
We provide the Material Data Sheet or Material Certificate for every order on request. You always know exactly what material your parts are made from.
Record Mill certificate / data sheet per batch -
02
Drawing review before programming
Before any machining begins, 3D and 2D drawings are reviewed again for consistency. Any discrepancies between 3D model and 2D drawing are raised with you for confirmation - preventing costly errors downstream.
Method 3D model vs. 2D drawing cross-check -
03
In-process dimensional inspection
Machined parts are compared against the 3D model. All tolerances marked in the 2D drawing are measured. Unmarked tolerances default to ISO 2768-mK as standard.
Gauging Calipers, micrometers, height gauge -
04
Thread & bore gauging
All threads are verified with go/no-go gauges. All tight-tolerance bores are measured with precision pin gauges. Tungsten steel gauges are purchased where required by specification.
Gauging Go/no-go thread gauges, pin gauges -
05
Geometric tolerance verification
All geometric tolerances (GD&T) are measured. Where full dimensional verification is required, all dimensions are checked on a coordinate measuring machine (CMM).

Inspection report & photos before shipment
We send you the full inspection report and real photographs of your parts for approval before shipment. Parts are only shipped after your confirmation - giving you full visibility and control.

Dedicated quality professionals
Quality is not a final check - it is embedded throughout the production process by dedicated engineers at every stage.
On-site measurement
Responsible for verifying dimensional data of all parts at the factory. Conducts inspections throughout production - not just at the end.
Order coordination
Coordinates production status and delivery commitments across all active orders. Your point of contact for schedule and status updates.
Process optimisation
Responsible for optimizing manufacturing processes and resolving production issues before they affect your parts.
